Long sleeves lay comfortably on the arms and provide protection from UV rays, and a full length zipper makes it much easier to adjust the airflow and to get into/out of the jersey. Out back, three large rear pockets will lay flat when they are empty and support their contents to prevent stuff from bouncing around.
