Easy to install. Comes with enough adapters for supporting different types of devices. Allows enough extension to fit a Garmin 530 - have not tried it with the 1000 series models.

There are two different versions of this mounting kit - be aware, the Alpinist version does not included the required receiver nut for connecting to the stem faceplate - and it is $6 more! Save money and buy they cheaper one.

Very frustrating to install and adjust and the insert/wahoo mount wore down within a year and the computer now rattles around as I'm riding.
